1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to register and own one (1) active account on droyal88 at all times. This includes accounts registered using different personal information but belonging to the same individual. Owning multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming repeated sign-up bonuses, manipulating the promotions system, or evading restrictions is a violation of these terms.

3.2 Registration Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Incorrect information — including name, IC number, phone number and bank details — may cause delays or rejection of your withdrawal.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password and login credentials. droyal88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from third-party access to your account due to your own negligence. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.

4. Deposit and Payment

Droyal88 supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• Minimum deposit is MYR 10 for most payment methods.
• All deposits must come from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Droyal88 does not accept deposits from third parties or unidentifiable sources.
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Droyal88 does not charge additional fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5. Cash Withdrawal
